For more than three years, Marcus has led StriveAboveOthers while also serving as Assistant Director of the Elk Grove Royals, where he focuses on elevating local talent and supporting student-athletes in balancing academics and athletics. Marcus’s mission goes far beyond the court—he’s passionate about helping athletes reach scholarship opportunities, grow as leaders, and thrive in every aspect of life. And as a former college basketball player at Simpson University, he knows firsthand the dedication it takes to perform both on the hardwood and in the classroom.
