Coach, Terrell, Rob and Ralph joined me live! We talk the struggles of coaching and being black. Also the other unseen hours we have been putting in just to get an opportunity to be a head coach. Each coach is at their respectable school but we all have and support one another. This game has done great things for us and its only right we show others the way. We spent some time talking about the parents role and the role of the STUDENT athletes. We are all sacrificing a lot to coach. We do it for the love of the game and to help mentor and save lives! Enjoy this episode!
