D Block, played college basketball for the University of Kansas for four seasons, including the 2008 national championship team. He become a regular starter at Kansas the 2007–08 season (his senior year), when he replaced Sasha Kaun in the starting lineup.
Jackson was selected as the 52nd overall pick in the 2008 NBA draft by the Miami Heat on June 26. He was traded to the Cavaliers on the same day. Jackson was signed by the team on September 6, 2008.
On this episode D Jack lets us know how he almost never returned back to Kansas after suffer a huge tragic loss of a family member. This is one of the best inspirational interviews I have done thus far! He also talks about playing with a young King James!
