A Christian Brothers Class of 2000 graduate, Shandyn Foster is the head coach of the varsity women’s basketball team. Shandyn became the head coach during the 2017-2018 season. During her first three years as head coach the team has made three section final game appearances, winning two of three. She previously coached the CB freshman women’s basketball team, AAU and youth league teams. As a four-year varsity starter for the Falcons, she was a three-time, first team All-Metro League selection and as a senior was a third-team All-Area selection by the Sacramento Bee. Shandyn played two years of college basketball – at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, Ca., and at Sacramento City College. “I coach because I love the game of basketball and the relationships that I build through this great game.
